Tim Brown on Why Design Is Big Again
Tim Brown talks about how design got small — and why it’s big again.
Design is moving beyond the sculptural object displayed in lifestyle magazines or on pedestals in museums of modern art. It’s returning to its roots, when design thinkers like Isambard Brunel created innovative breakthroughs.

TweetTop About to Become Obsolete
I knew the day would come when Twitter would offer a way for user's to easily find out who to follow. This opportunity was the driver behind my project a few months ago TweetTop.com.
Twitter has announced a new feature called "Lists" that will more or less render TweetTop obsolete (or at least redundant).
Here is how Twitter officially describes the feature.
Lists are public by default (but can be made private) and the lists you've created are linked from your profile. Other Twitter users can then subscribe to your lists. This means lists have the potential to be an important new discovery mechanism for great tweets and accounts.
Great work Twitter! This is definitely a needed service (and to be frank, one I am surprised took so long to materialize).
